"My Father's Straw Hat" Book on grieving

If you are like me, and grieving over a terrible loss, please read my book. I wrote it to help others, like me, to find a way out or, at the very least, cope with grieving. "My Father's Straw Hat" Tate Publishing. Patricia A. Colucci (author)

Loss of my father

My mother and sister came to visit me from Philadelphia last week. It is the first time in my life, and my mother's, that my mother was traveling here without my father. It was such an eeire feeling to see them arrive and my father absent from the group. I pictured him walking up to my front door, escorting my mother as always, but that was not going to be. Grief is so unpredictable. I was overwhelmed with sadness and overjoyed all at the same time; I just couldn't show it. I miss my family so much and my father's absence in my life is daunting. The grief rages on.
